Aaravé Living was founded with one clear mission: make finding and living in student housing in Germany simple, transparent, and human. We know from experience that moving to a new country — navigating bureaucracy, finding a trustworthy landlord, setting up a bank account — can be overwhelming for international students.

We operate our own portfolio of furnished student rooms and shared flats (WGs) in Berlin, personally renovated and managed to a high standard. Every room you see on our website belongs to us — no middlemen, no hidden platform fees.

Beyond the room itself, we offer airport pickup so your first moments in Berlin are stress-free, Anmeldung assistance for the mandatory city registration, and bank account setup guidance so you can pay rent and receive transfers from day one.
