Terms & Conditions

1. Provider

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Aaravé Living UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bahnhofstraße 10, 15711 Königs Wusterhausen, Germany.

2. Services

Aaravé Living offers furnished student rooms and shared flats for rent in Berlin. Additional services include airport pickup, Anmeldung (city registration) assistance, and bank account setup support for international students.

3. Enquiries and Reservations

Submitting an enquiry through our website or WhatsApp does not constitute a binding reservation. A tenancy is only established upon signing a written lease agreement and payment of the agreed deposit.

4. Rental Terms

• All rents are quoted in EUR per calendar month.
• Bills included / not included status is stated per individual listing.
• A security deposit (typically 1–2 months rent) is required before move-in.
• Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
• Minimum tenancy periods may apply — see individual room listings.

5. Cancellation

Once a lease is signed, cancellation is subject to the notice period specified in the lease agreement (typically 30 days). The deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure, less any deductions for damages or outstanding rent.

6. Additional Services

Airport pickup, Anmeldung assistance, and bank account setup are complementary services offered to tenants. They are provided on a best-effort basis and do not form part of the tenancy agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aaravé Living is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Königs Wusterhausen.
